Kenny Ross
Kenny was raised in 12th century England by a peasant family. In 1182, at only 11 years old, he experienced his first death at the hands of Norman Tax Collectors. Amanda discovered him soon after, and taught him The Rules of The Game.
Kenny may look like a pre-teen child, but at over 800 years old, he is anything but. Kenny has developed a strong distrust in others, especially immortals, fearing they would one day turn on him. He uses the sympathy of other immortals to ensnare and behead them. In 1975, Dallman Ross adopted Kenny, only for Kenny to betray and kill his mortal wife.
Kenny's weapon of choice was an English short sword. Most standard swords were beyond the strength of his child body to wield well, but the 14th century English short sword fit his hand, had a reasonably short blade and was fairly easy to conceal, but was still weighty enough to deal a mortal blow
Highlights and Strengths
Kenny's persona power is Cost based. His opponent must discard an attack to play an attack from their Hand. Kenny pairs well with any other cost based strategy or cards. He is a little hard to play due to the downside of his Persona Power unless you run him with AT Hilt meld and use his Hilt.
