Duncan MacLeod has always been one of the good guys. He was raised with love by foster parents who trained him to one day lead his Highland people and instilled in him a strict moral code that made him proud to be Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. Despite all the changes in his life over the past 400 years, that Highland code of honor has stayed with him -- and has gotten him into more than a few jams over the years that wouldn't have bothered a less ethical man. His blind spot where his friends and lovers are concerned is legendary and will probably get him killed some day. He's not a perfect man and he makes mistakes. Part of his nature, for good or bad, is that every mistake stays with him until he's paid for it time and time again. And there are some which will stay with him forever. But they're part of what makes him Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod.
Design Concepts
This Duncan MacLeod AdPack is designed to celebrate the full breadth of Duncan’s fighting history, drawing directly from Highlander: The Source and centuries of combat shown throughout the series. At its core is a new Weapon of Choice, the Basket-Hilted Claymore, a blade Duncan wielded for generations.
Alongside the weapon, this pack introduces an alternate Duncan Persona inspired by The Source.
Rounding out the AdPack are three new Hilts, each tied to weapons Duncan is frequently shown using across the series and in flashbacks, the Rapier, Bo Staff, and Butterfly Swords. Designed to allow for new
deck builds and interesting strategies.
